UNL nominated for Best Employer 2011

URENCO Nederland (UNL) has been nominated for Best Employer 2011. The excellent scores received by UNL in a recent employee survey has afforded UNL this nomination. Across the URENCO Group, scores for employee satisfaction were very high, in all cases well above the benchmark.

In the Netherlands, each year over 300,000 employees assess their employer against various criteria. Among them were the 250 UNL employees. Based on these anonymous assessments, the Dutch organisation, Effectory, compiles a shortlist of the top 50 best employers, divided into two categories: organisations employing 1,000 people or more; and organisations with fewer than 1,000 employees. UNL falls in the latter category.

UNL’s final ranking will be available here on 28 September when the results are due to be announced.
