UNL 4th Best Employer 2011

URENCO Nederland (UNL) has been named the fourth best employer of 2011 according to the results of an anonymous survey of over 300,000 employees in the Netherlands. The survey distinguishes two categories: organisations employing 1,000 people or more; and organisations with less than 1,000 employees. UNL falls in the latter category.

Gerard Broekman, Head of HR at UNL, is very pleased with this result: “The employee satisfaction score across the URENCO Group was well above benchmark. Thanks to the score at UNL, we are now the fourth best organisation to work for in the Netherlands, in the category of less than 1,000 employees. This is an excellent result.”
