Shareholding structure

Urenco is a privately owned company and its shares are not traded publicly.

Urenco’s shares are held one-third by the UK government, one-third by the Dutch government* and one-third by the German utilities RWE AG and E.ON AG.

*Shares are held 98.9% by the Dutch government and 1.1% by DSM, Philips, Shell and Stork.
